RESTORATION OPTIONS

Sometimes the budget is not there for a full roof system replacement or a membrane retrofit.  However, when the existing roof is in good enough shape, restoration may be an option.  It's extremely important that you select a well versed and experienced crew for a restoration project, otherwise you could be throwing dollars away.  In most scenarios Infrared inspections and adhesion testing are a must...make sure you ask for them.  Check out the pictures below demonstrating various stages of multiple projects.
